Guest guest
I went to a new ND last week and he suggested I take Phosphorylated serine 1-3 in early evening and 1 before bed to decrease night cortisol levels.(the brand is Seriphos or something 1000mg) Sounds good I think, but I forgot to ask him about taking 5-htp as well for racing thoughts, anxiety. Does anyone take this combo? I just want to make sure it is safe to take both. My thoughts race at night when I wake up-after only 2-3 hours of sleep if I'm lucky. I don't have an official diagnosis of depression, but I'm thinking the racing thoughts could be a symptom of this. I must be in denial about depression because I never thought of myself as having it-maybe just " the blues " from time to time. Any feedback appreciated. Thanks, Sidney
