The other thing I notice on round is that I pee more on the second

day ... then I'm back to " normal " by the third day.

Sounds good! I would stick with the dose for a while before trying

to increase.

Possibly the tingling wasn't mercury as much as a B12 deficiency.

How much zinc are you taking? What about vitamin A? I would add

them, zinc more important, then vit A, and see if that helps the

sore throat. Even before mercury, I used to love zinc lozenges,

as they helped me with lots of sore throats.

Not sure what LPR is?

Sore throat could also possibly be related to the acidic effect

that ALA has on some people. You could try taking something

alkaline with every dose if that is the case (eg, citrates or

ascorbate).
