So the opposite end of the coin is what next? Grape juice for breakfast?

Yes, just little itsy bitsy beginnings. But I know from my experience that if I

take the chance and go out...whamo.

So I had two metamucil wafers a little while ago and since it is moving very

slowly, think I will hold up on the grape juice. I thought for sure the wine

would move something.

Hope the world is treating you well today. It is beautiful Albuquerque weather

here in the northeast. That is " high desert " at 5000' guys.
