Guest guest
Treatment of Epstein Barr virus: T3 (thyroid), cortisol helps fight infection, Ultra Ceutical Anti-Viral 2x day, UltraCeutical Maitake D Fraction 3ea 2x a day. The Maitake is supposed to help with the immune system. Change in diet: no diet soda (aspartame), follow South Beach Diet-- which is veggies, meat, fruits, whole grain. Had to cut out the junk and white bread. Epstein Barr virus is a real bugger to get rid of, it takes a long time. Many Chronic Fatigue patients have this, but not many doctors test for it. I went through several doctors before someone tested me for this. For the Coagulation problem, the common treatment is Heparin shots 2x a day in the stomach. But I can't take Heparin since it's a blood thinner. Here's what's confusing-- 2 blood problems. I have Von Willibrands which means I take a long time to stop bleeding and Dr Wightman is treating another problem with fibron monomer that coats the inside of the blood vessels-- less oxygen and nutrients to the body. (Fibron is the stuff that " meshes " together a wound). This is often caused by viral infections and is bad. The treament he used was Nattokainase-- an enzyme 2x day on an empty stomach. It worked. > > I started seeing Dr. Wightman at the Holforf Medical group in > Torrance CA, http://www.hormoneandlongevitycenter.com/ > It's one of many Chronic Fatigue centers around the country. Guest guest
Aspartame not necessarily bad for virus, just bad for whole body. His reasoning was to get the whole body healthy to fight the infection not food additives. I was drinking about 8 sodas a day. I was also getting a lot of headaches which can be caused by aspartame. The anti-virals have helped, but I think the T3 and cortisol are the ones that helped the most. I started to feel better within a week of starting both of these. I was sleeping about 10 hours at night and taking naps during the day. > > Treatment of Epstein Barr virus: T3 (thyroid), cortisol helps fight > infection, Ultra Ceutical Anti-Viral 2x day, UltraCeutical Maitake D > Fraction 3ea 2x a day.
