Guest guest
> > Hi : > > Could you give a brief account about how sweating caused you problems? I was sweating for weeks in a hot garage preparing for a garage sale. The day of the sale was the hottest day of the year. Late in the day I essentially had heat stroke. The rest of the summer I was completely dysfunctional, and I still cannot tolerate the slightest bit of heat. In the summer I have to stay in an air conditioned place all day, often with a fan on me too, often can't even go out at night. I can't do activities that generate heat. The damage appears to be permanent, and is quite serious. I believe it all happened because I wasn't replacing enough salt and water for the amount that I was losing, and my adrenals gave up trying to maintain the balance. I know it sounds stupid that I did this. My excuse is that the more electrolytes get out of whack, the less I am able to think clearly. I was replacing some, obviously not enough. > I've had difficultly sweating since I became mercury toxic.....tried lots of > epson salt baths and staying under hot blankets - unfortunately I always > felt worse so I've now stopped doing that. I find the easiest thing is to spray myself with water when I get hot. With chelation the ability to sweat should come back.
