My doctor doesn't agree. He says that hypernatremia (high sodium) is

more dangerous than hyponatremia (low sodium) and will not give me

salt pills because of that. Just a cautionary note.

(I don't have lyme, so it isn't a big deal for me. I can take enough

salt for my adrenals without pills.)

Yes, I had to focus on one thing at a time and I keep having to make

changes to diet, supplements, medications.

My memory was so poor that it took following the groups and reading

the same old thing about a hundred times before some of the stuff

started to stick (and then I got stuck on the groups).

regarding that much salt not being bad for you I regretted

not having added a question mark to it for comments, so thank you

I seem to remember that salt is particularly not good if you have

high blood pressure, I have low blood pressure which seems to go

along with low adrenals and heavy metal toxicity ( Ithink ?)

do you know what are some other issues with high salt?
