What doctor does Andy Cutler work for/with?

I need some serious help from a doctor and experts. I don't want to

treat myself like a lab rat anymore. I just made a mistake self

treating and I am in a lot of pain and I'm just not sure I'm on the

right path.

I already am flying out for an appt with in Seattle. I read

somewhere that Andy works for a Doctor in Seattle. And that if you

want to consult Andy you need to be a patient with him. Does anyone

know what doctor this is? Or what is Andy's e-mail address so I can

ask him?

I figure while I'm out there it might be worth it to get an in person

appointment with both. Thanks for your help.
