hi Pravin, Sharon here.The pflex I got online at ebay under respiratory aids. It costs about 17-20 dollars and its a little plastic whistle looking thing you can attach your o2 tubing to it and you exercise your breathing muscles. You have to be faithful because otherwise you lose what you gain in strength in breathing muscles just like any muscle.I think its under rose medical specialties but if needed i can look it up for you.It has really helped me.
