Adrenal Fatigue - Hydrocortisone or Tegretol?

Hello everyone.

I am 21 years old and recent diagnosed myself with mercury

intoxication.

I am suffering pretty major fatigue and adrenal symptoms as listed on

this chart http://www.drrind.com/scorecardmatrix.asp

I can barely get things done to take care of myself or leave my

apartment much. After I collapsed due to exhaustion a few months ago

after 3 weeks on an intense exercise and weightlifting program, and

just got my amalgams removed, I have been way worse off.

I feel like I need something to help with this cause its not going

away by itself. I don't have a doctor who will prescribe stuff but I

can get stuff from foreign pharmacy. So that rules out prednisone.

Here's what look like to be my options: What do you guys think? I

don't want to really get hooked on any long term medication.

BTW.. I've read all the adrenal threads and couldn't find what I was

looking for.

1)hydrocortisone taper? Is it possible to do a hydrocortisone taper

and what will the effect be? Where can I learn how to do this properly

2)hydrocortisone supplementation? can I just take a small ammount for

short periods, or do I need to make a long term commitment to this?

How much to take and still be safe?

3)tegretol - I know in AI- andy recommends tegretol to control the

paradoxical response to stress(which I have pretty bad). What dose

and would blood tests be required?

4)pregnenolone - will taking pregnenolone help any with this? what's

the best time of day to take it?

Thanks for your help
