Guest guest
Hey... I read that vitamin C/B12 and possibly procaine injections may be helpful in AI. I found a website selling this and wondering how I would learn how to properly give myself IV or IM injections? Any resources? I am a fast learner and good at following instructions. Also I know andy reccomends Vitamin C in sodium ascorbate form, this site only sells it in ascorbic acid form. Is there any specific reason the acid form would be bad for IV injection? Thanks Here is the website to buy the stuff at if anyone wants it. http://www.zalmo.com/vitamins.html

I would be concerned about how you decide which ones to use, how frequently, and what doses are appropriate. I forget what Andy suggested using procaine for in AI. I don't think it is something that anyone would want to use long term. It is something that you could ask a practitioner, like in Seattle. www.npjulie.com J Any > resources?
