Guest guest
Hey Nicola, Why do you think your daughter has GS? How old is she and what are her symptoms? I hope that chelation can correct this. I won't do any chelating until Feb. or so. You have not chelated yet either right? Sidney > Mercury certainly caused my Gilberts. Guest guest
Hi Sidney The reason I think my 11 year old daughter has Gilberts? Her bilirubin is not yet out of normal range, but just one point below it. She also has high sodium, which is a sign of insulin resistance, and this matches her occasional hypoglycemic symptoms after a high- carb meal of pasta, plus major sugar cravings. She had neonatal jaundice - none of my other childen did. She is also slightly hypothyroid - very anxious, highly strung, quite aggressive and has a delicate stomach. We shall see - call it a mother's instinct, which hasn't let me down so far. Yes I am chelating. Just completed 32 rounds, and finally added in ALA this time, which went smoothly. I have to say that I feel significantly better from 6 months ago. My head is clearer, I have more energy, and my blood sugar problems are slowly beginning to resolve. Mercury is definitely my problem, and Cutler's protocol is definitely making me better. Get your adrenals sorted, and start chelating!! You can contact me off-list if you want to talk Gilberts more.
