Guest guest
About a half year ago I did some blood tests. The blood tests showed hypoglycemia(postprandial) and low (total)choles- terol. The doctor said the low cholesterol is nothing to worry about. Since then I have been reading about cholesterol. For example this site: http://www.cholesterol-and-health.com/Functions-Of-Cholesterol.html The things that cholesterol does, are very important. How can that doctor, a professor gastrology by the way, say that low cholesterol is nothing to worry about! I eat a lot of fat, butter, coconut oil etc... However I just don't digest fats correctly. Vitamind D, fish oil, irritate my stomach. Only coconut oil can I digest correctly, simply because it doesn't need any digestion. Probably the bad fat digestion is because, there isn't sufficieny bile or something because of the low cholesterol. Is there any medication or something that raises cholesterol levels? What else can I do to increase cholesterol in my blood? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Greetings Ali
