Change in Period Frequency

My periods seem to be on a shorter cycle since I've been taking Tap (12.5

mg/day) for the last 3 months (i.e., approx. 24 days instead of 28 days). Has

anyone else had an issue with this? Does it tend to be associated with hyper

or hypo?

I don't know how old you are--but one of the things that happened to me as I

was heading for menopause, was that my periods got closer together like

that. And heavier, despite that hyper was supposed to make them light.

That could be a sign of hypo. They tend to become heavier and longer when

you're hypo, so it would stand to reason that they might occur more

frequently as well. Hyper has the opposite effect -- they become shorter

and lighter and less frequent.

It tends to be a hyper symptom especially if the periods are lighter as well

as shorter cycles.
