I don't know about nose pegs. But as for appearance, well if I worried *too* much about that I'd never go swimming or sunbathing at the pool cos I aint pregnant and I still look fat! I just square my shoulders and think : " OK people look at me and think " she's fat " . So, that's the worst case scenario over. " And as I said Israelis have no manners, and one of their less endearing habits is staring. You can get really paranoid if you choose to! When DD started swimming lessons last Sept there were three ladies in their seventies in the pool. They really inspired me that you are never too old to do anything (at the time I was going through a my-daughter's- going-to-start-school-soon-and-I-don't-have-any-skills crisis).
