I'm not sure what they are, but I get them on the bottom of my feet. Haven't had

them on my hands, even tho I scratch the blasted things until they pop (I know,

I know, not a good thing to do, but scratching just feels sooo good and they

eventually stop itching). A friend of mine thinks it might be exema, she gets

then on her hands. I've started using an anti-itch liquid on my feet when they

start itching, esp at night when it keeps me awake and drives me complete insane

trying to scratch my feet.

I had " Hand foot and mouth " a while back. Causes weird rashes,

mainly palms of hand and feet, it is moderately contagious and

usually clears up within a week.

In my case I got a foot rash, more than hands, my hands just

looked slightly red in places, but it varies.

Often a pharmacist can recognise these things, but he might

expect you to buy a cream for it even if you don't want

anything, and it probably won't help.

Anyway if it isn't gone soon see your doctor.

is,have you asked any doc's? ~Jen

Pam,

I occasionally get those, one or two at a a time on my fingers. Don't know

what they are but they do drive you crazy, then go away.

Hi Terry, yes, I usually get one or two or three of them, but this

time it's a patch of them about the size of a quarter and it IS

driving me crazy!

I know if I scratch them they will pop and go away... so maybe I

should just get that overwith ;0 But it seems to me all the advice

about poping blisters and things like poison ivy where you don't

scratch them or it will spread has stuck in my head and I'm a chicken

that I'll make things worse.

Oh well, thank you all - it's good to know it's not just me... I

wonder if people without thyroid troubles get them?
