Oh Kirsten, poor you and DH, what a worry.

Sorry I can't be of any practical help. I do subscribe to Which?

magazine though and they offer a legal service. I'm not sure whether

you need to be a member to join, but the phone no for an information

pack is 0800 252 100. The blurb says you get unlimited phone access

to some of the UK top consumer lawyers providing you with help and

legal advice whenever you need it.
