Guest guest
after chelating with ALA for a while i notice my skin itching when i sweat. Now it's often itching a bit even when i don't sweat. It feels like toxins are coming out of the skin. The itching is not really unpleasant but shows that something is happening after ALA use. On overall i do feel better not worse. But could this be a warning sign that too much toxins are being mobilised and i should slow down my chelation? I do not get much side effects at the current dosage BTW
