Guest guest
> > Could some one please share the difference between choline and > Phosphytidyl choline. > Choline is a water soluble growth factor, necessary in many biochemical pathways in the body. It is a " methyl source and a precursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. " see p 148 of " Amalgam Illness " . Phosphatidylcholine (p. 161 of AI) can be formed in the body by 2 pathways, one begins with choline. This form, lecithin and DMAE can get to the brain more easily than choline, where they are needed to make acetylcholine. Both help the liver move fat around and are needed for membranes.
