Guest guest
Sadly, I think too many people would be upset! Bear in mind this is a man who was divorced twice in an era when divorcing at all was a huge stigma. He actually left a long trail of hurt behind him in his younger days... One of my Dad's cousins is supposed to be writing about my Great-Grandfather though - he led an incredible life: was a colonel in the Indian Raj and kept a diary - fantastic stories of tiger hunting (tragically, but in those days conservation was an unknown concept); elephant racing at the Raja's palaces etc. He was also involved in one of the first ever air crashes - flying from France to India and they crash-landed in the Sahara and had to survive for nearly a fortnight on food and drink meant to last a day! He also had a camera - the photos are quite amazing! You should see the sizes of some of the handlebar moustaches he mixed with!!
