Guest guest
deb, I had the same thing happen to me. whenever I moved my chin toward my chest, a jolt would go through my whole body. I just noticed that is has diminished over the past week or so. So if it happened to both of us, that makes me think that it is more common than I thought,. I thought that I was the only one it was happening to. I never mentioned it to anyone other than Larry. I agree with Ingrid. Stay in the present, and take one day at a time. if it is like mine, it seemed to gradually go away. my hands and feet are still the same though, so it just takes time. I did a lot of walking this week, and at times it felt like my whole lower leg was numb. but the more I walked the better I felt. as soon as I sat down for a while it started all over. just another cycle that I guess I will be going through. I think we're in for a lot of strange cycles. I am sending my best wishes to both of you.
