Guest guest
Searching through the archives of this list, I see abrupt anger flares are a common problem during or just after a chelation round, and I know this is an effect of mercury toxicity. Can anyone here say, that after multiple rounds of chelation AC protocol, this problem disappeared? What seems to be the best OTC supplement remedy for this? Any suggestions? Thanks, Sue

Early on in chelation, I flipped. out. at a customer at work. I have been waiting tables for nearly 20 years and I have never, ever done anything like that before. I just snapped! I was horrified because I really pride myself in keeping my cool, being professional, etc. Eek. I actually swore at him. It was ugly. > Can anyone here say, that after multiple rounds > of chelation AC protocol, this problem disappeared? One of the positive things I've noticed about chelating is that I don't get as angry at work any longer. I feel much more content, and able to roll with the punches. I feel I'm more patient with my kids too. > > What seems to be the best OTC supplement > remedy for this? Any suggestions? I'm not sure, sorry. I bet if you dig through AI you'll find something. Guest guest
On a side note, supplements that increase bile can help out with angry mood swings in some people. > > Searching through the archives of this list, I see > abrupt anger flares are a common problem during > or just after a chelation round, and I know this is > an effect of mercury toxicity. > > Can anyone here say, that after multiple rounds > of chelation AC protocol, this problem disappeared? > > What seems to be the best OTC supplement > remedy for this? Guest guest
I've certainly had this happen in the course of chelation rounds. One evening as my time on ALA was coming to a close, I decided to try GABA. It put me sound asleep in 20 minutes - so I guess it worked quite well! As I lose my ability to cope on round, I think accumulating loss of sleep over several days contributes to the problem. I'm trying to be more conscious of the things I surround myself with, and keep stressful issues as low-key as possible while on rounds. With the moodiness, I found I was starting to isolate myself a bit more again, and that is a very hard thing. Joanne
