If you are doing 3 hours at night and 4 in the day, there will be

more than 18 doses in 3 days - otherwise you would have more than a

4 hour break in the day.

These are rules of thumb to keep you from hurting yourself, like

did. Pay attention to side effects. If the round seemed easy, then

going to 12.5 should not be a problem. Remember, typical starting out

dose would be about 25mg for a grown man.

Don't get bull-headed during the round though. If there is a problem,

stop and stay stopped for a few days before going back and starting

again. Use that time to work on supplements - lots of anti-oxidants can

help when things go bad.
