Thyroid test results - need help

Here are my test results:

total T3-0.627 ref.1.26-2.70

total T4-72.8 ref.58-161

TSH 3.86 ref.0.4-4.0

free T3-4.18 ref.2.80-6.45

free T4-18.0 ref.10.0-24.4

Antibodies are OK

When the samples are taken I was taking Hydrocortisone up to 10mg for

one month. Could HC depress T3? Couple of days after starting taking it

I felt better, more clear and even faster (usually I am very foggy

slow in thinking and clumsy). It lasted for about 10 days then back to

where I was even worse. Should I have added some thyroid support at

that time. Is this what the regression means?

I have hypo symptoms, low stamina, energy, low and steady body temps,

unable to concentrate or read for longer periods, headaches, low sex

drive, pain in joints and muscles, weakness, no sweating, low grade

depression.

Might also add that I have ACTH fall in response to stress, cortisol

levels (4 times a day)within the range.

I haven't been able to find a cooperative doc who wil treat me instead

of lab report (maybe this test will convince some endo I need support)

so I am relying on your advises. Thank you.
