If you want your sulfur levels to go down, don't eat any or take any in supplements. Eventually levels will go down, but I think you have to be very strict and avoid it for awhile. Do I remember one of your posts recently when you mentioned a green drink? These are usually sulfury. Probably good to check your diet against the various lists and make sure you aren't getting any. -- > Question 2 > so it appears ALA is sulphur based from recent questions, Is this so?? > That might partly explain why i had the bad reaction > > Thanks > >
Guest guest
stephanie, you moderators have such amazing memories. I do not know how you do it... yes i do green drink. celery, zuchhini and lettuce. I used to include cucumbers but had found on one site that they were sulphur and yes they seemed to bother me as once i removed them, I had less burning etc (which i later found was probably mercury redistribution) > > > > question > > so I know in the chemical world there are many things that you > > can take to offset/counter balance excess minerals..ie does > > anything mop up sulphur... > > > > ie Copper..AI has a whole section on what to do for this to cut the levels > > > > So is there anything to minimize levels of sulphur?? and would > > this be a viable treatment program? per stephanie --- If you want your sulfur levels to go down, don't eat any or take --- any in supplements.
