If you want your sulfur levels to go down, don't eat any or take

any in supplements. Eventually levels will go down, but I think

you have to be very strict and avoid it for awhile.

Do I remember one of your posts recently when you mentioned a

green drink? These are usually sulfury.

Probably good to check your diet against the various lists and

make sure you aren't getting any.

stephanie, you moderators have such amazing memories. I do not know

how you do it...

yes i do green drink. celery, zuchhini and lettuce. I used to include

cucumbers but had found on one site that they were sulphur and yes

they seemed to bother me as once i removed them, I had less burning

etc (which i later found was probably mercury redistribution)
