Hi Jackie,

I had the same experience. DHEA made me SO depressed. I couldn't even

tolerate the creme. And I also couldn't take ACE (like you, can't

remember the reaction).

I've been treating my liver and now can and do take both DHEA and ACE.

I'm confident that my bad reactions to so many suppliments were caused

by the problems with my liver.

As a side note, my energy is still good. Coming up on week 4 of the new

job, yay!

Hi ,

I drink fresh juice nearly every day (beet, carrot, parsley and

cucumber), grapefruit juice and I eat the fruit as a snack in the

afternoon. I take milk thistle and drink dandelion tea. I try to eat as

much live food as possible - salads, fruit (fortunately, I don't have

candida issues) and veggies and drink tons of water.

I'm happy to report that my energy continues to be good. The depression

is almost completely lifted. I'm working and spending time doing fun

things again. I've had so many ups and downs along the road that I

hesitate to say I'm better now but I will say it's great to be feeling

this way right now.
