Is there a preferred type of zinc for absorption? The zinc citrate tab is 50

mg. and the zinc amino acid chelate is 15 mg...to get to the recommended dosage

(is it body weight plus 20mg?, I think) are both types considered equal...so 3

tabs of zinc citrate for a person whose weight is 120 lb and 10 and a bit of the

zinc chelate type? With chelation is there ever a reason not to supplement zinc

at this level? Thanks guys. Helen
