The zinc citrate tab is 50 mg. and the zinc amino acid chelate is 15 mg...to get to the recommended dosage (is it body weight plus 20mg?, I think) are both types considered equal...so 3 tabs of zinc citrate for a person whose weight is 120 lb and 10 and a bit of the zinc chelate type?
