You could do this, but you would then be giving yourself B vitamins and CoQ10 at night and that would keep you awake. Best to keep it separate or with substances that are less likely to cause sleep upsets, e.g. Magnesium, Vit C, zinc, selenium. DeanSA No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG.
