Oh thanks Ingrid, Energetic? Hmmmm. Just crazy I think. Maybe I can log on

to my girlfriend's laptop and say hello. Meanwhile, take care of each other.

Tonight a friend stopped over and she has had more or less something similar to

what us folks suffer. She is taking care of the pooches while I am gone.

Anyhow you know the expression " sh*t a brick " ??? Well, tonight I did that only

it felt like a tractor trailer and then I got weak and tired and shaky. I had

to go lay down. Judy said (and she is a nurse) that is because your whole

system goes to work passing the detris out of your system, like even your blood

vessels, of course muscles too...no wonder I felt so icky. Sure made me feel

better to talk in person to one who goes through it. And she is still raising

kids by herself.

Take care of each other and I will continue praying for everyone, especially

Amy.

I am only one wonderful -although I appreciate the public flirts!)

Status: Yesterday I pray will be my last ever chemo day. The smell of the 5FU

is horrendous. She said in 3 months I should be back in the groove again. The

nurse told me one time the 5FU used to come in glass vials and she dropped one.

She said the smell was worst than ammonia, and her eyes watered all day. She

said that Taxifel (breast cancer) is worst and when she goes out in public she

can smell it.

My counts are on the skid marks, and so the doc felt the chemo was doing its

job. PSA: .8 which is very normal and CEA: .5 which is good. I dropped 3

pounds. Bowels are working normal, albeit still 3-4 times a day. Next: PET

scan in October, however my insurance company said no way. So I think it will be

a CT scan. November, I hope they take my port out. And then healthy clean

living!

The inspiration video will be out tomorrow and will run FRI, SAT, SUN ! I will

keep updating it every weekend as I get more pictures. Thanks for all who sent

pictures. Its not too late either. I will finish up this project tonight. I

hope this can be a place where we can tune into and pray, reflect, and send out

positive moxi so that we all can see the love all of us exude.

I go back to work October 1st, and hope to focus on cancer support activity and

fund raising. I would hope to fly around the country and visit many of you. I

know thats a lot to put on my platter, but if this inspires us to stay focused,

and to keep positive thoughts generating... well all the better. God has me

here for an extended purpose. I hope I have the capacity to see and do His plan

this time.

through out this whole ordeal.

Now there will be a time of healing for your poor chemo wrecked
