Read the parts of AI that have to do with multiple chemical sensitivities and liver function. See the bottom of p 49. I think an emphasis on liver support supplements, and a liver friendly diet, might help. Things like B vitamins, lecithin or acetylcholine, essential fats, grapefruit juice or niacinamide, milk thistle, taurine, only as tolerated. Guest guest
take one cap of milk thistle 3-4 times a day to help your liver tolerate chemicals. -- In frequent-dose-chelation , " robertdavies14 " wrote: > > Dear group I would firstly like to thank all those that have replied to > my previous posts. > > AS for supplements in AI -I have had a bad response to those that are > suggested for 'brain problems' I have tried FORSKOLIN = Gave me a bad > head - VINPOCETIN - did likewise as did MELATONON, AND i AM presently > testing GABA. Some people need to start with smaller amounts. As others suggest, liver detox issues are worth investigating, too. If you talk about what symptoms you are trying to address with these supplements, perhaps we can suggest alternatives. > testing GABA. Even green tea does it and coffee doesn't do it, so it doesn't seem to be a caffeine thing. Tea has tannins that can help kill yeast, so that may be one possible cause for some " bad head " symptoms. Toxins from killing yeast stress the liver, so liver detox issues still can be involved. -- > british and enjoy a cup of tea, it all comes a bit hard. > So, does anyone have any hints at why I am so sensitive to these > chemicals? > Thanks RObert >
Guest guest
Jackie, this was a great link. It helped me better understand what Phases 1 & 2 actually do. Thanks : Donna --------------------If you have fast phase one and slow phase 2, then these things get bottle-necked there and cause symptoms. And here is a link with more info about liver phases. It is also in our Links section of this group.------ ---Jackie http://www.tuberose .com/Liver_ Detoxification. html
