Some people need to start with smaller amounts. As others suggest, liver detox issues are worth investigating, too. If you talk about what symptoms you are trying to address with these supplements, perhaps we can suggest alternatives. > testing GABA. Having said all that -I get a bad head after a cup of > tea -I know -the simple answer is -DON'T drink tea. But if your I sometimes get " weird-headed " from drinking tea. Even green tea does it and coffee doesn't do it, so it doesn't seem to be a caffeine thing. Tea has tannins that can help kill yeast, so that may be one possible cause for some " bad head " symptoms. Toxins from killing yeast stress the liver, so liver detox issues still can be involved. -- > british and enjoy a cup of tea, it all comes a bit hard. > So, does anyone have any hints at why I am so sensitive to these > chemicals? > Thanks RObert >
