Or you do the entire round with both or one. It is not recommended to keep changing what you are doing during one single round. ---------It is fine to start with both and end with just DMSA, as you state above, but I believe it is also fine to start with just DMSA, and then add ALA a little later, and then end with just DMSA also. It's not ok to change the dosage of each of these during the round, but doing DMSA longer than ALA is fine, as far as I remember.--------Jackie From what I am reading you are doing this longer than the three days? Since you refer to 1 day dmsa, three of both and then one of dmsa again. This is not Andy's protocol. ----------You do go on to say that some people do ok for 4-5 days, which is correct, but it is *not* correct to say that rounds longer than 3 days are not Andy's protocol. For people who can tolerate it, and especially those that do feel better on rounds, longer rounds are just fine. He mentions longer rounds in AI, and it has been discussed many times on the boards. 3 days is the *minimum* amount of time a round should be, but longer is fine.---------Jackie ..but in some cases people can do 4 or 5 days followed by a break. However, if you are just starting this I would advise you stick to three days of dmsa or dmsa/ala. Some people do report doing better on 4-5 days. So go by how you feel and with caution. > > Hi! > > I'm still dumping (I think).
