Guest guest
Okee. So the dump phase is about 3 till 6 months after amalgam removal. Is that correct ? Guest guest
Hello, It really depends. For some people it can be 9-24 months post removal. > > Hi all, > > I know about the 6 month (after amalgam-removal) dumpphase, > but what about the 3 month dumpphase ? Guest guest
Everything varies per individual. You won't magically wake up on the 3 month day and feel horrible. And exactly when this hits, will vary by person, but probably some where between 3 to 6 months out, you can expect this to happen. Study the graph on page 52 of Amalgam Illness. Andy says you need to understand the natural progression of mercury detox so you understand what's happening to you, and that you don't give up because you think it's not working anymore when you hit this period of getting worse and/or stalling for awhile. You need to keep chelating through this and then things should slowly start improving again. So the natural progression of mercury detox is to initially feel better for a few months, then feel worse for a number of months and/or have a " stalling " period where not much happens, and then slow, steady improvement again, once you get through that stall period. The dump phase is supposed to be better if you continue to chelate right through it. Andy warns us about this so we don't give up and quit chelating too soon. And nobody can tell you exactly when it will start, how long it will last, or how bad it will be. So the best thing you can do is to make sure you are properly supplemented and just keep chelating. I have heard (read) Andy say many times, chelate, chelate, chelate, and then chelate some more. Guest guest
Thank you, Jackie. I was intended to chelate and chelate as long as possible (just ended round 11 DMSA (25 mg.)); still a very long time to go. I " ll take ALA with the DMSA in about 10 days. I just was wondering what about 3-6 months dump phase, but your answer is very clear to me. Thank you very much.
