Oh what a terrible experience! Hooray for new mum syndrome

though say I - I think it *is* worth being fussy and many mums would

have just gone along with it out of embarrassment, but worried

themselves sick - and perhaps even had a sick baby too. (A brilliant

advert for breastfeeding too, but I don't suppose you need to hear

that!)

I do know people who completely gave up hot drinks after having

children - quite a few never have them at our local NCT 'coffees'

(quite likely to 'glass of water's round here) I found it very handy

at home having a DH who doesn't have hot drinks!

One of the best freebies I ever got was the big plastic coffee cup

with lid that came from Amazon a couple of Christmasses ago. I like

two mugs filter coffee in the morning and was always forgetting the

second..and the first due to having to put it somewhere inaccessible.

(And I am someone who likes their drinks pretty cool, so I can't down

them quickly) This held two cups in a relatively safe fashion.

Thought I'd hate drink out of plastic but this one is fine.
