Today was my first day with it and I nearly dumped myself on my head! Oh and my stomach surgery is on the 11th of June. I saw my chart yesterday and it said "patient is SOB" It may be true about my mother but I am nobody's son and I think it's rude for that doctor to say that about me. Hee Hee Hee! I am just so happy to be able to go to the park and not be stuck at home so much. My wonderful husband was able to trade his labor for the chair since we could never afford one but the gentleman that had it his wife passed several months ago and she was a dear friend of mine so some folks from church set it all up and now I am mobile. Watch out world. I may be a SOB but I am a quick one now. Guest guest
Barb, I am so happy I would jump up and down but then there would be a puddle to clean up. I yell hurray but then there would be icky on the screen. So I will just sit here in my corner with... my precious, it's my precious. Guest guest
Sunny, Come to Phoenix and I will race you, I LOVE my chair, without the chair my portables would only last an hour, with the chair I can go for ever it seems before I need to change my o2 and so comfortable! I can 'talk and walk' again so to speak. Have fun! So happy for you! Dyane Phoenix IPF 02 > > Hi Everyone, > > I just had to tell you guys, I got a motorized chair. Guest guest
I am overjoyed! Now I won't be such an SOB. I looked over at my chart one day and saw "patient is S.O.B. At first I was shocked then very upset because I was sure he did not know my momma and I am a girl. Then it dawned on me Short Of Breath. Guest guest
What wonderful news, Sunny! So glad you were able to get the chair for mobility. Expecially with the warmer, nicer weather. Going to the park and just being able to get out and about does so much for the constitution. Maybe you and can plan a picnic or two!
