This most recent pain problem was not too bad when I was taking extra salt and is much worse since I stopped needing the salt every day. I don't think there is much relationship. What I am having now is muscular pain from the waist down - it's a real strange one. (Even the most experienced local physio was stumped!) For some time I needed huge amounts of salt. In the past year I only need what I get on food. I'm not sure, but maybe something has recovered. I decide intake based on taste and cravings. Formerly, when I didn't have enough salt, I couldn't think straight - probably not enough Na in my brain at the time to get electrical impulses. > I was wondering if you have noticed a connection between your pain and salt > intake? > > By the way, thanks for moderating this excellent forum, and thanks to Jackie > for helping also. > It is certainly the best place by far to go for health advice. > Thanks to you too Dean for everything that you have done. Your contributions are most appreciated. I haven't been feeling well lately, which makes me appreciate all of you so much more.
