Guest guest
Hello, From reading this forum, it seems that if a person gets symptoms from ALA supplementation (every 3 hours) it is immediately assumed that it is caused by the chelating effects of ALA (i.e., pulling out heavy metals that then cause the symptoms). However, is there no other bio-chemical explanation as to why ALA might cause a person to feel poorly? For example: Take a person we knew had no heavy metal toxicity, would that person notice anything from taking, say, 25-50 mg of ALA every three hours for a few days?
