Guest guest
Also stay away from chlorella. Otherwise, it would depend on if you are sensitive to sulfur foods, then you would want to limit or exclude them. They are listed on pages 195-196 in AI. You mention eating eggs, which are sulfury, so I assume you tolerate at least some sulfur foods. (I do to.)---------Jackie In frequent-dose-chelation email4ebay2005 wrote: I know not to take anything with cilantro but I am wondering if there are any other foods, herbs, might be able to move mercury and other metals around. I am starting to make smoothies and consume a raw diet(veggies, fruits and sprouted nuts and seeds and grains raw) and wondering if there is anything else to avoid??. The reason I know several people that have cleared all types of issues with this very natural way of eating, fibromal, arthritis, cancer, allergies etc. I know that I will still continue to consume eggs for the extra protein since i have mercury and other metals. Anyway thought I would explain in case someone else wants to eat very healthy while chelating. Thanks

They have at least the same effect on me as cilantro. For me, that diet would be a detox in itself. I find that chelation is so hard on me I need to eat a diet of cooked vegetables, rice, meat, eggs, nuts while I'm doing it. If you're symptoms aren't too bad, I'd go for it, but I really wonder how toxic you are if you can handle a raw foods diet. One week on cooked foods with just a couple of mangos daily and I'm headed down the road to crazytown. Cilantro has the same effect. Puts me on my face. j. Guest guest
WOw you react quite strongly. I been basically always eating very well so this is just one step up for me. I do have health issues due to mercury and arsenic thought but the diet is the one thing I have control over so I really make an effort. I am usually amazed at people that eat mostly junk and seem well, the ones that also smoke and drink etc. If I eat alot of junk I woud def be sicker, I go away on vacation for a week and eat what most eat and I dont feel well at all. It sounds like you know what you can handle and what you cant, that is the most imp thing esp while chelating. Good luck with your chelation. > > > > I know not to take anything with cilantro but I am wondering if there > > are any other foods, herbs, might be able to move mercury and other > > metals around.
