Thanks--------Jackie ~~~ fibromyalgia, chronic back pain, arthritis, major depression, PTSD, and social anxiety disorder were the big ones with bi-lateral carpal tunnel and a couple of other lesser things that I can't remember. There are a number of lesser diagnoses that they had to choose from like diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, chemical sensitivities, allergies and so on. I do remember that a couple of them surprised me that they'd been included, whereas there is a fourth mental health diagnosis that wasn't. Who knows how they figure these things out? ~~~ > At the > time I applied my brain fog was so severe that I just took all of my > paperwork to the local SSA office and let the case rep fill out the > application. It's like the bottom has just fallen out in the last few months and I struggle to get anything done. ~~~
