I have found the Enzymatic brand works best for me (whole > foods) Hmmm. Cool. Well, do people with " defects in sulfation " need DHEA in any form? I can't remember why we're supposed to take it? ---------DHEA is produced by the adrenal glands, and is commonly tested when you test your cortisol levels by saliva test. Many people find that they are low in both, cortisol and DHEA, and that was the case with me, and this is all part and parcel of the adrenal fatigue/insufficiency thing. It is also a precursor to other hormones, like testosterone, and I can't remember what else right now.----Jackie ...starting to get confused again, brainfog coming in on little cat feet.... ~robin
