so I hate to be dense here but could you just eat curry to get your

daily dose of curcumin or should you order the curcumin supplement

From the links section on phase 1-phase 2

" Curcumin, the compound that gives turmeric its yellow color, is

interesting because it inhibits phase I while stimulating phase II. "

Thanks

I don't know how much it takes per dose. If a serving of curry is

a good dose, I presume you'd have to eat a serving three times per

day. Might get a little old :-)

Also it is a high sulfur food - for low cysteine people maybe good

idea, but not for high cysteine people.

You could eat curry for this purpose and it would have significant effect. You

might have

to eat it at each meal, but if you like it that would be OK.
