My guess would be the deep tissue massage. The cranial sacral treatments that I have had have been so gentle I doubt they would have led to any problems, but I don't know if my practitioner does things differently than others. During amalgam removal I did try a FIR sauna, before I knew Andy didn't recommend them, and I felt bad after that. I don't remember everything, because it was a long time ago, but my arms felt like lead weights, and possibly head symptoms also. All I know, it was bad enough that I haven't ever done it again. So I think some of us have alot of body burden, and things like this cause reactions in us. Now my sister gets shiatsu massages occasionally, and says she always feels good afterwards, but she isn't chelating either. And she can go in the FIR sauna and feel good from that also, so we seem to be different.--------Jackie I am not sure if this is what brought on some bad symptoms over the weekend but it seemed very coincidental that I was feeling great for a few days and then had a deep tissue massage on Friday and a cranial sacral massage on Sunday with some gentle liver and gallbladder work. I was already starting to feel bad (head anxiety and thigh/leg burning before cranial sacral) and i had some very bad mental and head problems (anxiety, unable to focus, anger)as well as some physical weakness (fatigue, tired) and leg burning after the first massage... Today I really feel disconnected and visually impaired, get dizzy if I move my head/eyes too fast Thank you all, I think I am making progress...bad days are less intensive and usually clear up with a good series of bowel movements so I am trying very hard to stay regular Regards nothing else was going on doses of dpms were constant, no new foods happened on the weekend so was not that stressed out

I have been having deep tissue massages every week for 4 months now. Lower back mostly, some sessions have been very heavy and very deep indeed. I never had mercury symptoms with this, without fail I always feel better and better. So in my experience, I'd say its not the deep tissue massage giving you the trouble. Cranial sacral massage I have not had for 3 years, but that used to zonk me out for a couple of days, but I didn't know abt mercury then. What liver and gallbladder work did you have done? If anything I'd say it was more likely to cause the trouble because merc is stored in the liver and gallbladder, maybe some was stirred up?
