Guest guest
With everybody talking about adrenals on this forum I thought I'd share another perspective. Pyroluria is a disorder of some sort where your body cannot hold onto zinc and b6. Both are needed to manage stress. So if this is a problem, your adrenals will be affected. I tested through the roof on with this. Not everybody believes this is real - it may be a symptom of something else - metal toxicity? But either way, you have to replenish b6/zinc if you're not holding onto it. The doc said it could take awhile to balance out. The test is simple and doesn't require a doctor. It's about $80 and consists of sending a urine sample to a lab.
