Guest guest
that I followed through with my appt and have my colonoscopy consult on the 9th of August. I was surprised how quickly they were able to fit me in. I've gone through the consult with a different docs office before so I'm not worried about that part. I'd really just rather get the colonoscopy over and get the results. How quickly did you all hear back after your first scope? Thanks so much for all the love and support. I'm finding myself in a weird grieving mode for my father. I never got to know him so mI guess I'm grieving the HOPE of having a relationship with him someday. Cancer sucks...but I don't have to tell ya'll that. =/ In other news my daughter Hadley has an MRI tomorrow. It's her first MRI since starting Temodar and I am just a mess. At our lasat meeting our neuro oncologist said that this is our last resort. She didn't want to freak us out or dwell on the negative etc...but, when asked she said that this brain tumor will quite likely kill our daughter if this chemo can't keep it stable for several years. *sigh*...Anyway...sorry for all of that I know it's off topic... Many thoughts and pryers for all of you...no matter what stage of this journey you are in. Guest guest
Hi, Glad you are getting the scope so quickly. You will have the results right away. As soon as they are done you will be told of the results. I am Praying that they find that the tumor is shrinking in Hadley. Poor little girl. I am also sending up Prayers for your strength to bear this heavy cross. Hoping all the best . Please keep us posted on how Hadley is doing.
