dd1 (aged 9) wet her bed..she was very upset " I dreamt I flushed the

toilet mummy " I said to never mind darling we've all had that dream,

we'll strip your bed and you come and sleep with me. In the morning

we met my cousin in the corridor and I said 'Poor F had an accident

last night. She had " THAT DREAM " My cousins daughter 20 (who my girls

adore) looked at F with wide eyes , crossed her legs and said " OH NO

NOT THE TOILET FLUSHING DREAM " .

I had that dream too when I was 10 - I can still remember it

vividly!! I was aware that I needed to go to the loo, and then I

remember going to the bathroom, sitting down etc... and waking up in

a pool in bed - I was horrified but my Mum was great, just clearing

up, and sorting me out without a fuss. I still dread THAT DREAM but

it hasn't happened since. Is it common with girls of this age I

wonder?

Oh, me too! Me too! and, in fact, I have very occasionally to wake

myself up when I feel myself getting up to go to the toilet, but know

that I'm still really in bed and asleep!
