Guest guest
I started exercising again, and going into the sauna. It's happened in the past, but I never knew what caused it. I tend to get a red face pretty eaisly and it lingers for quite some time. What causes this to happen? I could understand it if I exercised intensely happening for some amount of time, but not for as long as it does or for how little it takes. I'm in pretty good shape FWIW. Thanks, Mike

I don't have the degree of allergic reactivity that Dave describes and for me this was only related to exercise, not foods. I was also getting a bit more breathless with exercise than in the past - I had been pretty fit up to that point. It went away when I got on adrenal support. --
