Fish oil can thin the blood - maximum recommended

dosage is something like 2 capsules a day.

Do you have easy bruising? Anemia? Low PT (protime,

a measure of clotting effectiveness)?

I've had all of these and I think they are related to

the causes of flushing as a reaction to mercury.

Sustained allergic reactions can be hard on blood cell

formation and can also kill off cells rapidly. I have

found that chelation accelerates these trends in a way

which I have to monitor through CBC's (blood tests) to

avoid anemia.

If you haven't had blood tests you might want to check

that. Not much you can do about it if they are off,

except find likely allergens and avoid them. If

chelating, you may really need to watch this. I felt

great chelating even as it made me anemic.

Good luck,

Dave
