What sort of issues prevent you from taking Vitamin C?

Have you tried ramping up your dose slowly & spacing out your doses

throughout the day? Some people have to slowly work up their intake of

Vitamin C and Mg to avoid the runs. One way to take Vitamin C away

from meals is to mix sodium ascorbate powder in with a drink, and you

can take it anytime (if tablets are too much at this point). I mix it

in my salt/glycine/taurine solution that I drink throughout the day,

if I'm not taking Vit C tablets. You can do the same with ascorbic

acid but it eats some people's teeth.
