ATTENTION RESEARCHERS !!!

The Midwest Farmworker Stream Forum

is now accepting Abstracts for the 12th annual conference to be held in

New Orleans, Louisiana on November 20-23, 2002 hosted by the National Center

for Farmworker Health.

WHAT IS IT? The Farmworker Stream

Forum focuses on issues and training techniques geared to assist colleagues

in improving the health and well being of migrant and seasonal farmworkers

and their families.

WHY SHOULD I GO? Why not? The

conference serves as one of the largest national venues for networking

with professionals spanning the migrant health field. Participants are

encouraged to share new ideas and innovative strategies while gaining farmworker-specific

continuing education accreditation in the following disciplines: Medical,

Dental, Nursing, Health Education, and Social Work. Not to mention,

the Food, Fun and Friendliness you'll encounter!!!

WHAT ARE THE DETAILS? The registration

form can be found on the NCFH web site (ncfh.org). The hotel, Le Meridien,

is located at the entrance of the french quarter and participants will

receive a conference rate of $89 single/double by calling 1-800-531-5120

before October 18 when they identify themselves as registered participants

of the Midwest Farmworker Stream Forum.
