Guest guest
Sidney - 5htp is a serotonin precursor. I think it would be more sensible to take that in the AM, so you can produce more serotonin during the day; then take the melatonin in the PM. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this seems to make sense. I'm curious how phosphatidlyserine helps with sleep? And, how does one know if 5htp would be beneficial or not? I dream alot after 2am & I am restless until I get up at 6:30am. Or is 5htp for people who are depressed and don't dream. Please clarify if you can help. Thanks, Sidney
