I just finished reading " Adrenal Fatigue: The 21st Century Stress Syndrome "

and it clearly states that, unless you are one of the unusual cases of someone

with adrenal fatigue and HIGH blood pressure, you need salt. I know that I

crave salt and suspect I have adrenal fatigue (I ordered the ZRT labs saliva

tests). Anyway, it was an excellent read, if you're inclined to look into it

further. Jackie recommended it to me and I'm grateful for it
